Hoorah for Franklin County's Democratic State Representatives (Carney, Celeste, Garland, Harris, Maxwell-Heard, Stewart and Weddington)! They all voted to pass HB 8 which mandates that insurance companies cover autism-related treatment. Special recognition goes to Garland and Celeste, who sponsored the legislation.
