I was raised in Hudson, Ohio with 3 siblings and my mother and father, Jeremiah and Bea O’Connor. While my mom was busy raising 4 children, my dad worked his entire career at Ford, as his father did and my brother is currently spending his career there as well. I relocated to Dublin after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Education. I have been teaching for 19 years as an Intervention Specialist working with students with disabilities. I am currently teaching at Dublin Coffman High School. As an educator, I have furthered my education and learning by earning a Master of Arts in Educational Administration at The Ohio State University, and currently hold additional licensure for Principal, grades K-12. I have also earned the Master Teacher designation from the Ohio Department of Education. I am married to Roger Rabold, a life long Dublin resident and a teacher at Dublin Scioto. We have two wonderful sons, Colin (5) and Reid (3). I have been involved in many leadership positions in Dublin City Schools, including School Reform Task Force, Insurance Committee, Value Added Professional Development Series, Race to the Top Transformation team member and currently serving in my second term as Vice President of the Dublin Educators’ Association.
