Top 10 Ways to Describe Current Conservative Legislators

Conservative Legislators...
10. try to give the appearance of being "like the boy (or girl) next door."
 9.  are experienced in using party-approved double-talk to spin extreme ideologies.
 8.  put ethics aside to give lobbyists and other special interests preferential treatment.
 7.  DO NOT believe in compromise.
 6.  are willing to bully people with opposing views - including those in the same party.
 5.  demonize unions and those who belong to unions.
 4.  have no problem with spreading untruths about political opponents.
 3.  use the words "progressive" and "moderate" in exceedingly negative contexts.
 2.  talk about less government while promoting legislation requiring more government.
 1.  disregard the will of the majority by supporting the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) task forces.
